How much is delivery?

Our standard delivery charge is up to £3.99 per order.

The exact delivery charge will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

Unless stated otherwise in any free delivery promotions we run, this charge will apply to all orders.

What courier do you use?

We use Royal Mail as our trusted courier to ensure safe and efficient delivery of your orders.

How long will my order take to ship?

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order confirmation unless stated otherwise.

I haven't received my order?

In the rare event that you haven't received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please reach out to us at emrystoreuk@hotmail.com, and we will investigate the matter promptly.

We will do our best to resolve any delivery issues and provide you with an update on your order status.

How do I return an order?

  1. To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team at emrystoreuk@hotmail.com within the 30-day return window to notify them about the return or exchange.


b. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.


c. Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.

Can I exchange any items?

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please follow the return process outlined above.

After receiving your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

How long do I have to return my order?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

My order has been damaged?

If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or damage, please contact our customer support team immediately. The email to contact is emrystoreuk@hotmail.com

Do I have to pay to return my order?

Any shipping fees related to returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned items reach us safely.

Emry will not be held responsible for any lost or undelivered return shipments.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify that they meet our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

I have been charged a dry-cleaning fee?

Please take special care while trying on the scrubs to avoid any contact with makeup or other substances that may soil the garments.

If an item is returned with makeup stains or any other type of stains, we reserve the right to charge a dry cleaning fee.

This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
