Returns Policy

At EMRY we always hope that you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) to us subject to the conditions below.

Returns Eligibility
  • Items MUST be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please note if you send back any items that are in any way stained, marked, washed, damaged, discoloured, heavily fragranced we hold the right to refuse your refund and your items will be sent back to you.
  • All items must be returned back in their original condition and ready for inspection. Please take care of items when trying them on as they will be inspected to check the items are unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume. Failure to be returned in their original condition will lead to refusal of refund and your items will be sent back to you.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements. 

How to Return Your Items
Please complete the returns form enclosed with your order and include it inside your parcel with clear instructions for our team.
If you no longer have your returns form, please include a cover note with:
  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Email address
  • Clear instructions regarding your return

Your Responsibility
Returning items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they're packed up securely in the original packaging or packed in a weatherproof package. If an item comes to us damaged through delivery, we still reserve the right to refuse a return if concluded it is due to the lack of care through packaging. Please keep your proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return or else we may not be able to proceed with your return further.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, although this is usually much sooner.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges
The quickest and most efficient way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the required item and return the unwanted item(s) to us for a refund. We strongly advise this to avoid unnecessary delays.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details where applicable.

Important Information
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
